EKFT Summer Slam Series

Get ready for the 2016 Extreme Kayak Fishing Summer Slam Series, June 18, August 27, and September 24, 2016. Kayak anglers will battle it out on the open ocean for a chance at a ton of great prizes and a chance to bring home a new Ford 150!

The kick off party will take place for the first two events will be at Brus Room in Pompano Beach, FL Thursday June 16 and August 25, 2016 from 6pm-9pm. Everyone is welcome to join and participate in our raffle to raise funds for the Broward Children’s Center.

Extreme Kayak Fishing has added a leg to the highly-anticipated 2016 Summer Slam Series. In September, EKFT will be in Corpus Christi, TX for the last Slam event of the year. Registration for the series is now open. Anglers can sign up for all three events, or for single tournaments. Winner of the series will receive the EKFT Championship Ring, worth $800. Get ready for big money, big fish and fun in the sun all day long! This event is free to the public.

The Coppertones will be performing on stage from 10am - 1:30pm.There will be vendors handing out goodies from 10am - 4pm. Free kayak/paddleboard demos, free food and drinks! Don’t miss the weigh in at 2pm, with “Guess the Weight” for kids and lots of prizes and goodies being tossed from the stage! September 23 marks the date for the kick off party at the Boathouse Bar and Grill in Corpus Christi, Texas from 5pm-8pm. We will have another huge raffle to benefit the Texas Sealife Center and everyone is welcome to join!
