Planning for the third annual Sailfish Smack Down is under way, with the event scheduled for January 30-31, 2016 in Pompano Beach, FL.

The nation’s exclusive kayak billfish tournament is sure to please, with $3,000 going to the angler who catches and safely releases the most sailfish during the two-day event. Second place takes home $1,000, and third $500.

All registered anglers receive an awesome goody bag at the captains meeting on January 29, as well as free food and drinks on tournament days. The always-popular huge raffle, which benefits the Broward Children’s Center, will also take place the night of the captains meeting!
