Today I took the pledge!  The Anglers' Legacy Pledge is a program introduced by Take Me Fishing.  It's goal is to encourages avid anglers to introduce newcomers to fishing and boating and to pass the conservation message on to a new generation of boaters and anglers.  Everyone I've talked to includeing myself can remember the first time someone took them fishing.

That's why we at YakAngler.com whole hartedly support this idea and encourage all our readers to take the pledge.

Along with The Anglers' legacy Pledge Take Me Fishing has a great gift idea for Christmas.  Give the gift of fishing, what better gift can you give than fishing? Download the Fishing Trip Coupon and give it as a gift to a child, friend or neighbor to honor your Anglers’ Legacy Pledge.

If you have friends that would like to share the sport of fishing and boating with others, have them “Take the Pledge” and send out the Fishing Trip Coupon too!
