Good Warranty, Decent rod

I have had these rods for sale for years. The newer version seems to be quite a bit better than the old one. They changed the eyes on the rods for the micro guide version. I do feel like the roads are a little overpowered. I have had a rod break comma but after speaking with customer service I was able to get a new rod in the mail for a shipping fee. It is frustrating to have a day out on the water interrupted by a broken rod.

Love one, Hate the Other

I have a love/hate relation ship with these rods. they are light, strong, very sensitive and are a joy to fish with as long as you keep several spare eyes handy to replace those that are going to fall off! that is the only reason for the low stars. every model i have, casting or spinning has either lost eyes completely or had the center come out of the eyelet. on a good note, i have gotten pretty good at rewinding eyelets on my rods. if Abu Garcia would get a handle on the situation, this would be a tough rod to beat at this price point!
