Scappoose Bay Kayaking has been in operation since 2001, and has strived since day one to provide the best paddling experience in the Pacific Northwest. Located in beautiful Scappoose Bay just off the Columbia River and 30 minutes north of the Portland Metro Area, our paddlers get to be immersed into scenic and peaceful environment while being surrounded by a menagerie of wildlife.

Scappoose Bay is part of the Next Adventure family and covers all paddling aspects including Kayak Fishing.  With a selection of Ffshing kayaks, accessories, and even bait, Scappoose Bay is a great destination for veteran and new kayak anglers.  Kayak Rentals for anglers are also available as are demos of some of the most popular models on the water.

With the help of our experienced and knowledgeable staff, we also provide tours of the Bay, Sauvie Island, Cunningham Slough, and even Nocturnal paddles. Aside from doing rentals and tours, we also provide private lessons for those who are just getting started and want to improve in the sport of kayaking or stand up paddle boarding.
