Just Plain Awesome
My first time ordering from their website, honestly I've never heard of them until I stumbled upon their website while searching for a new paddle. I ordered my paddle Sunday evening, their site says they are closed Sundays and Mondays and that they ship Tues-Friday..figured my order will probably be processed Tuesday and maybe be mailed out later in the week. I can probably get to try it out next week when it arrives hopefully. Tuesday afternoon I get a confirmation email my order has been processed and completed. I replied Wednesday morning asking if this means my product has shipped, got a reply same day saying yes it should arrive today or tomorrow. Thursday morning I have my new paddle in hand..I'm out of state in Virginia Beach and chose the regular priority mail vs the more expensive Fed ex rate. Awesome service in my experience, oh did I also mention that the paddle I bought was $40 cheaper than any of my local stores and Amazon even with the shipping rate? Very pleased with my experience and will be shopping with them again with my next kayak gear needs.

If you are fortunate enough to deal with these guys in person you will not feel like a customer, you will feel like family. Not only will you get the best products but you will also get the most knowledgeable folks on the local fishery.
They have a complete shop and can rig your kayak with any thing you could want.
