Hook1 (Kayak Fishing Gear) Hot

I have made a couple small purchases from Hook1 and everything went flawlessly. Shipping was fast as well. I would do business with these guys again. Only complaint I have is that there are a lot of sold out items on the website. A lot of which I would've purchased had it been available.

I have only used the online service for purchasing accessories and hardware for installing the accessories or doing repairs to my kayaks.

The items always arrive on time.

I did have one issue in the past. I called the folks directly and they corrected the problem by reshipping the correct item at no extra cost.

Great customer support.

I was very disappointed by this store. The person behind the counter seemed more interested in selling scooters to me. The store did have some good brand name kayaks and some fishing supplies but was very limited. There are better kayak stores near Tulsa. I do not want to be negative, but I have to be honest. I am hoping it will increase in size and improve.

The new store is close to the old one. I was visiting relatives in the area and knew I wanted to visit the store since I had bought on-line from them. The new store is AWESOME and beautiful inside. They had a large selection of many things. If you are close by, it is worth a visit.

On my way home from a vacation trip to Kentucky I convinced my wife to detour to Hook1 in Hendersonville, TN. I wanted to purchase some Conseal traction pad and check out the shop. I had been looking at the products offered online and couldn't pass up the opportunity to go into the store and get some gear without having to wait on shipping. The gentleman who helped me (unfortunately I did not get his name) took the time to listen to me and set me up with exactly what I was needing. Next time I travel north on I65 through Tennessee I will detour again. The only downside is there is not a retail store near me.
