The Clam Bake Returns!
Join Next Adventure for our annual Beach Day on August 28th at Ecola State Park. Along with all of the great folks and family fun, there will be surf kayak demos, instructional clinics, and a free clam bake and bbq! We've also added the "Intro to surf fishing from your kayak" clinic to make this event even better. Let's hit the beach!

10:30-11:30 “Long Boat Surf Clinic” (Launching & Landing, Surf Etiquite, Surf Zone Awarness, boat control in the surf zone)
11-12 “Intro to the Surf Zone in your Fishing Kayak”
12-1 “Surf Zone Rescue’s and Recoveries Practice”
12-1 “Short Boat Surf Clinic” (Launching & Landing, Surf Etiquite, Surf Zone Awarness, Boat control in the surf zone)
1-1:30 Grill and Oyster Bake FREE Lunch
1:30- “NA Expression Session” Surf Competition (Open to all paddle craft, Possibly 15 min heats depending on turn out, Awards For: Best Ride, Sickest Wipeout, Illist Style, and Most Effort.)
