PFD Make & Model

Brand:
Extrasport
Model:
Elevate Angler
MSRP ($):
79.99

The Extrasport Elevate Angler is a universal size PFD that is designed for anglers in search of a jacket with lots of features and an easy fit. It can be adjusted from 30” to 56” and is made from 200-denier nylon along with PE foam. The result is a comfortable and light-weight PFD that won’t get in your way when fishing from your kayak. The Baja Back of the Elevate Angler is designed in a way that it nest above kayak seats, which makes it suitable for a variety of seat styles.

The best feature of the Elevate Angler, apart from its universal size, is the storage options it has to offer for anglers. It has a zippered chest pocket along with two expandable pockets for storage cases. In addition, it features a special pocket for a VHF radio, a Carabiner clip-on loop as well as two D-rings with a plastic retention clip. With so many storage options, it is easy to stash away your valuables and have easy access to any essential items. In fact, the oversized pockets are ideal for carrying your tackle box with you, so you don’t have to rummage for it in your kayak.

Although the Elevate Angler is only available in a tan color, it does have reflective piping on the front as well as the back to increase visibility during low-light situations. Making adjustments to the Elevate Angler is easy as it has adjustable side straps along with shoulder straps. Magic Strap Keepers also ensure that you are able to get a secure fit when wearing this PFD. Thanks to its lightweight design, it also doesn’t feel bulky and won’t interfere with your mobility when casting or reeling in a fish. In addition, the front-zip design of the Elevate Angler makes it easy to put on or take off.

Overall, The Elevate Angler is a nice fishing PFD for its price and any anglers who require a lot of pocket space, but don’t want to spend too much, should be pleased with it.
