Streamer Inflatable

1399

Nothing beats a proper kayak, but they aren’t exactly portable. This is where the SUP OnTheFly Stream Inflatable has a huge advantage. This inflatable stand up paddle board can be packed up along with its pumps and bags without exceeding the airline weight and dimension requirements for checked baggage. Although it is not very common to take your fishing gear along on holiday when you fly off somewhere, it certainly demonstrates just how compact this SUP board really is. The storage bag of the Streamer even has backpack straps as well as wheels built-in, so getting the board from your vehicle to the water is no problem.

It is compact when packed, but when fully inflated the Streamer measures in at 10'10” long and 35” wide. It is also 6” deep, which all translates to a SUP Board that offers plenty of stability, which is exactly what you need from a good fishing platform. The Streamer features a highly durable 2-layer liquid-wrapped PVC construction, which is why it is able to clock in at under 50 lbs even with everything fully packed. However, just because it is lighter than 3-layer PVC inflatable boards, it doesn’t mean that the Streamer is any less durable. SUP OnTheFly claims that this board has the highest density drop-stitch in the industry, so you can’t beat its structure and rigidity. Even UV degradation is less of an issue with this board than the competition because of the UV Defense System used in the design.

The stability of the Streamer makes for a good fishing platform, but it is also very responsive thanks to the its unique rocker construction, which centers weight in the middle of the board. The board has a full length traction pad, along with a raised stomp pad at the tail for control. When it comes to taking care of your rigging needs, the Streamer delivers with 11 reinforced stainless D-rings. In addition to an unbreakable universal fin box, the Streamer has a 4” retractable center fin and 4” side bite fins.

Overall, the Streamer is a nice all-round SUP that works great for angling, but it is also versatile enough for recreational use in just about any body of water.
