Paddle Board Make & Model

Brand:
Bote
Model:
HD
MSRP ($):
1499

The HD from Bote is another stand up paddle board that offers a surprising amount of versatility. Of course, anglers are mostly interested in the type of fishing experience that this board has to offer and in this regard the HD certainly doesn’t disappoint. It is available as a 12’ or 10'6” board, with the 12’ version obviously offering the best speed and stability.

Like all the boards from Bote, the HD features adjustable Bungee Straps in the rear that can be used for safely stowing all of your extra gear. Fisherman in need of additional storage will want to invest in a Tackle Rac or a Bucket Rac attachment, which can provide more space for gear as well as fishing rods. The tie down points on the deck can be used for other gear or for lashing down a cooler if you want. The HD even has a “Stashpod” where you can safely stow away your keys and as an added convenience, this storage container also comes with an integrated bottle opener. Finally, the HD also has ConnexSup accessory mounting points on the deck, which can be used for attaching any additional fish finders, rod holders and other attachments. To help reduce fatigue and provide great traction, the HD has a heat sealed BVA multi-textured deck pad.

The HD is not a light board, but thanks to its comfortable Grab Handle it can be transported without ending up with numb fingers. For carrying it over longer distances, the Traveling SUP Carry System is highly recommended as it allows for hands-free use.

Overall, the Bote HD is a great stand up paddle board that is great for fishing and offers plenty of durability. It is also a great looking board and offers enough versatility to satisfy even the most demanding angler. To get the most out of this board you’ll want to invest in some of the optional accessories, but even without any of these it is still a solid choice for anglers.
