ISLE Sportsman Inflatable

Anyone looking for the technical design aspects that the ISLE Sportsman epoxy hard board brought to the table, but without the extra weight, will appreciate the ISLE Sportsman inflatable. At 27 lbs, it comes in five pounds lighter than its epoxy counterpart, but with a length of 11'6” and width of 36” it is also longer and wider. In addition, the inflatable is also an extra inch thicker and more capacity than the rigid board.

While the Sportsman Inflatable is a fun recreational board, it is especially useful for anglers due to its width and volume. Its 320 lbs capacity also means you can bring along all your gear without having to worry about overloading the board. Compared to the other rigid boards in its class, the Sportsman Inflatable is able to offer just as much durability as it has a military grade outer skin construction. No matter what type of surface the board is in contact with, it is going to take quite a bit of effort to scratch or ding it.

Being an inflatable stand up paddle board the Sportsman Inflatable has the obvious advantage of being easier to transport and store. When fully inflated and loaded the Sportsman can still be maneuvered around on land thanks to handles on both the nose and tail of the board. These handles are durable enough to double as tie up points for docks or to attach a leash. Alternatively, the stainless steel D-ring found on the tail can also be used for this task. To keep your gear securely in place you can make use of the bungees that can be found on the front and rear. Anglers will also appreciate the pre-installed scotty mounts that can be found on the front and rear of the board. These enable you to add anything from fish finders to rod holders or whatever else you need out on the water.

Like most of the other boards from ISLE, the Sportsman Inflatable has a soft brushed EVA traction pad to make your time on the board as smooth and comfortable as possible. If you want to securely attach something like a cooler or tacklebox to the board the center rail mounted D-Rings makes this possible. The Isle Sportsman Inflatable is not just a board that looks great, but it also performs really well as it is easy to paddle and tracks really well.
