The YakAngler team visited the NRS booth at ICAST and had a look at their 11" fishing-inspired inflatable paddle boards, the Heron and Osprey, along with some other products.

In this video Mike from NRS, builders of premium high-performance inflatable watercrafts, walks us through their 11" SUPs, the Heron and the Osprey. Both go for about $1300 retail and can pump up to 15-20 psi. He shows off the Heron's 3 chamber design and talks about the Ambush tackle bag, which comes with three rod holders that were built straight into the tackle bag.

Mike also shows us the NRS Sidewinder Bibs, a product that combines the versatile comfort of a fishing wader with the paddling performance of dry pants. The Sidewinder is designed to allow ample legroom that makes sitting in a kayak possible and even comfortable.

Another interesting inflatable that we spotted at the NRS booth - the GigBob.

    • Yes. It will turn green with a full charge. Note that the box's power switch must he in the "on" position for the batteries to charge.
