It has been a while since I have posted on here so I figured I would put up a report from the other day... I planed a trip with one of the best kayak anglers on the planet And someone I am glad to call my friend Dee Kaminski from www.reelkayakfishing.com/ And a new friend and first time kayak angler Brittney Novalsky who is the owner of Florida Sportswomen.

The plan was to head to a spot where Dee had been on the big trout and snook on top water baits. With in the first twenty minutes Dee has a nice trout and Brittney gets one as well and then Dee gets another trout and I have nothing to show for my efforts. We moved to another spot and the fish Gods were nice to me as seen in this picture

trout1

then this guy wanted to play

Trout2

a few reds wanted to play as well but not on the top water

redfish1

and this one..

redfish2

and I lost a few snook along the way...

All in all it was a great day with great friends, can't wait to do it again soon..
Total for the day:
me: five or six trout all on top water, two reds, more lost snook than I want to talk about.
Dee: six or seven trout
Brittney: two trout
