You are fishing a remote shoreline, and hook into a monster fish. You turn to make sure you GoPro is turned on behind you, and the leviathan make a run right under your kayak. You struggle to turn the fish before it gets into the rocks, then SNAP and the line goes slack. Before you know it, all your weight that shifted fighting the fish is now tipping your kayak in slow motion. You can’t recover in time, and SPLASH!

For many of us, the tale of flipping our kayak isn’t so dramatic. What happens, though, if you do flip your kayak and are stranded on that remote shoreline. We came across a great waterproof survival kit put together by Everyday TackleVids that we think would make a great addition to any kayak angler’s equipment.
