Like last week’s article, 5 Fishing Kayaks Under $500 my goal is to get you on the water and fishing. I don’t care if it’s a $50 kayak you bought off Craigslist or a $2,000 fully rigged yak you picked from you local dealer. If the boats get you onto the water and back safely in my eyes it’s a keeper. This week I came up with a list of 5 kayaks any angler can easily use for kayak fishing, this time they are all under $700.

Sorry but the Ride 135 is really $949.00 msrp and the X-13 is $899 msrp. Couple of good ones not added were the perception Pescador 12 which is the old tarpon mold at $549 and the Malibu Mini x at $599. But if you have a retailer selling at a huge discount please post and lets give him some business :)

As remy4u97 mentioned about the Perception Pescador, the pre-2009 Tarpon 120 mold is also available as the West Maring Pompano 12 and comes with 2 flush mount rod holders, 1 scotty base between the knees and an anchor trolly for $450; usually with free delivery to a nearby store.

Hey, do you think if you ever did something similar you could rank them from best to worst. I realize that you probably don't have any of them but based off feedback, reviews, and the info on their sites, im guessing you could rank them accurately. Just a suggestion
