One of my major goals was to catch 2,018 bass for the year 2018. Although I came up a bit short it was a goal that challenged me more than ever. I usually set a goal to catch the year in fish which was 1,649 this year. I took 141 fishing trips reaching 8 different states including Texas, Louisiana, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Tennessee. I ended up catching 14 Master Angler Bass (20")with my longest being 21.5 inches. I also had 10 more over 19 inches. It was a fun year to fish with all of the new tournaments emerging across the country. I met some new friends and while fishing alongside the legendary crew of kayak fishing. I especially thank my wife Diane who gives me the time for my passion of kayak fishing. Also, to my sponsors who have been so generous in their support of my kayak fishing adventures and promoting a sport that is like no other. Ready to fish the 2019 season with some new goals and new states to fish!
[map]

That is the most bass I've caught in a season. 2,000 is a lofty goal for sure. :)
