I'm pretty new to Kayak fishing, but know I don't like parking beside a road or highway. I only use ramps with parking lots.

My favorite is the RIGOLETS. Big Marina , yaks pay $4. Access to marsh for bass, specks, reds and flounder. Say what you will, nothing compares to a big red pulling you around! Very few things eat better than a red or flounder.

What you got?

I'm totally spoiled. I can drive to this spot in about ten minutes. It's free, and I'm often the only person launching. Sorry, I want to keep it uncrowded.

Another spot that gets a lot of activity is Bayou Lacomb. Bass, Reds and Specks are caught there.
