I got my girls out yaking this weekend at the campground we were staying at. My oldest one said there is an opening and I bet you could catch some fish in here. They love to explore too

Nice! Way to get the kids out!

SUPER jealous of the kayaking without the drysuits. It was 70 deg plus this weekend but we still have to wear them since water temp is in the 40's.

Looks like a lot of fun. I'll be taking my wife out soon for her maiden voyage in the new Tarpon 100. Gotta make it real easy and fun or she ain't gonna go back...lol.

Good job getting them out to explore! That's the fun part, just paddling around checking out the spots that aren't easy to get to or even find.

Awesome man! Some days it's about fishing, some days it's about exploring, but any day on the water with the kids is a great day!

If they decide to marry someday, getting them out like that is going to make for happy spouses (as well as keep your kids happy for life).

Had other things on my mind when dating and marrying my wife, but 50 years later I realize just how important that is. My wife grew up working in their family-owned sporting goods store. Family recreation was everything from jeeps to trap shooting to hunting, camping and fishing. They even had their own trap range in their back yard, right next to the run for their bird dogs.

She thinks all this stuff I love is perfectly normal! And she's part of it all, too. I'd lose hide off the top of my head if she wasn't as a matter of fact!

Talk about a prescription for a happy marriage!

BTW-

Here's one of my wife's glory pics from last summer. Happy wives make for happy lives!
