I've rearranged several items in my yak to accommodate changes in my rigging layout. I used these hole plugs (3/16) from Widgetco to fill them and they worked perfectly. Nothing I can really do about the holes but it looks cleaner than any other options.....

That would give a nice finished look.

I changes a RAM base on mine and ended up with two showing holes. Came across a couple #10 S/S Pan Head sheet metal screws and I dapped a little hot melt glue in the hole and screwed them in place.

When I drilled for anything I saved the poly shavings in a little zip lock bag. Presumably I can melt it down and plug a hole with that. I have an old iron with a flat shoe that I have repaired waxless cross country skis with (the soles are the same material as kayaks).
