I needed to use larger tires that were rigid on my yak gurney. I have no smooth surfaces and as it was with 4 swivel casters, it was a bear to move around. Now it's not problem.....I used 3/4" stainless round stock for the axle, secured by pillow blocks. The tires are from a snow blower....

Thanks! It rolls really well and is able to negotiate some pretty rough terrain....I just need to fab up a folding handle.....
