After a few months of paddling the mayfly, I can't get over the stablilty of it and the amount of deck space it has.

Cool boat, I have dreamed of one since their introduction.

Can you give us your impression of the boat? A short review so to say. What you like, what you don't. Tell us about the kind of water you fish with it. I wouldn't expect it to be a speed demon, but how does it paddle for you? Thanks for the comments.

I bought this boat coming from the cuda 12 to this. Definetky not as fast to paddle as the cuda was but still moves really nicely. I wish the seat was about two higher in the high position. The deck space is amazing , that took a few paddles to get use to. Stability is outstanding.

I actually typed the question of "tell us what you use to paddle before this boat" to get some perspective of where you came from to the Mayfly. I then edited that question out of my response. Thanks for including that because knowing where you were and your experiences gives insight into your perceptions of the Mayfly.

So you were in a fairly fast boat before the Mayfly and you still think it does just fine moving across water, GOOD to KNOW.

I think that many of us are CONTINUALLY SHOPPING for a new boat. The Mayfly is on my very short list. I'm mostly a fly fisherman, but I also see the boat as a nice bass boat / Reds boat etc.

Again, congrats on a nice product.

I can’t get over the abilities of it. Stability was the greatest attribute that I love. The openness of the deck is second and rigged ability is third. It is a heavier boat but not by much. Speed it is decent for a wide boat
