There is a lake on the south side of 370 behind the spillway. There is no boat ramp, and it's not easy access. But there is a path that leads down to the lake. The East side of the lake is the best place to fish. That area has limited access by foot, so there is not a lot of pressure. A good portion of the lake is shallow (less then 6'), but there is a channel that runs along the East side to the spillway. A cart is not needed to get your kayak to the water, but would certainly be helpful. It's downhill to the lake about 40 yards..
