Parking on North side along dam, or in Southeast corner. Sidewalk runs all the way around this small lake in the Southwest corner of Omaha. You will have to haul your kayak on relatively flat land for quite a ways from either parking area, so a cart is highly recommended. Very shallow from the bank to 30-40 feet out. Then drops off to 12-15' quickly. The creek on the south end is a great place to fish for largemouth bass. Lots of bluegill all along the banks all the way around the lake..

    • WHAT IS IT??...... Algae??....
    • Yup...type of algae, and like Dave said, it is a good place to drag a frog through. Sucks for fishing anything else!
