This is a huge and very well-kept park with tons of parking. There's an entry fee of one dollar. You have to wheel your kayak back to the launch but the trail is entirely paved. The launch itself is a low-profile floating dock with kayak slots. It's on Wampacheone Creek, just off Horlbeck Creek. The Wando River is less than two miles away..
