Real busy on weekends, get there early and stake out a spot. It's a no wake zone along this stretch, so paddling is not bad. Fish along the south banks all the way down, good stuff. Weekends are always busy through the summer, and you'll have to pay $3 to get in during that time. Weekdays and mornings are nice and not as bad. During Fall, Winter, and Early spring, you'll have the place mostly to yourself. Nice primitive campspots right on the water..
