This is tiny county park that gives you direct access to Fish River. It's a dirt lauch but is no problem to drag a yak in there.

Boone Lane

This is a very small county maintained park that allows you to the upper reaches of Fish River. It's at the end of a dead end road but has always felt safe when I've been there. It has a dirt launch to put your yak in the water. There is a little current here but it makes for a nice paddle up stream and a float back down. Bass and bream can be caught there along with catfish in the slack water.
