Nice stretch of mangrove lined backwater. Trout, redfish, and snook can be found all over this area. Since adding a 6ft deep cut in the bayou the snook populations have really done well in this area. The bayou now gets 100 percent water exchange every 24 hours. If the fishing here is slow you can always head to the bay side or one of the two piers in the park.
