The Cuivre River is accessible at Stepanek Road in Lincoln County MO. There  aren't a lot of places to put in the Cuiver River. We found this
one using google earth then went and checked it out. When the river is down like it is now you have to portage more often than you might like
but still is a fun place to put in.  Water levels vary here.  The next access is at the R.H. Crouch Conservation area. http://mdc7.mdc.mo.gov/applications/moatlas/AreaSummaryPage.aspx?txtAreaID=9002&txtUserID=&txtAreaNm=s

When we visit we park in the dry part of the river bed if conditions allow. Directions: Coming from Troy take State Highway H north to Left on Cave Farm road to right on Stepanek Road.
