This park has a wonderful boat launch, picnic area, charcoal grills, a scenic overlook and is handicapped accessible.  Both the parking lot and boat landing are lighted. 

The boat launch is available from 4:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. 

This park is combined effort of the St. Paul Park Lion's Club, the City of St. Paul Park, Minnesota DNR and Marathon Ashland Petroleum Company.

Located on the scenic Mississippi River.  Follow 7th Avenue to the end.
