Small parking area with a nice boat ramp with direct access to the Tidal portion of the Susquehanna River.  If you cartop your kayak there is no fee for using the launch.  However, if you trailer your kayak a $5 launch fee applies.  Depending on the river flow, you can paddle upstream and then float back to the ramp for a nice little single access outing.  If fishing with a buddy, you can run a shuttle between here and Tydings Park ($10 for trailer, cartop is free) and float down the river and out to the Susquehanna Flats.  If you do this be prepared to encounter a lot of powerboat traffic, some of them travelling on plane.
