Fish the bottom of the bay using cutbait for Grouper, Snook, Snapper, and Black Drum. Be careful of the rocks that litter the bottom of the bay. Once you hook a grouper be patient, they will immediately shoot to the bottom, but they will eventually emerge from the rocks and be ready to be reeled in.
