City boat ramp right across the street from baseball fields - easy access. Pretty good parking - some gravel, some grass. No facilities. Low head dam (A. Keller Dam) was recently fixed downstream, so this pool (approx 3 miles) should be fishable all year round now. Still water when at typical pool (approx 5 feet) watch river gauges avoid after heavy rains can get up in a hurry.Good smallmouth population, largemouth getting better. Not sure how elimination of riffles will effect smallie fishing now. Avg depths 3-5 feet. Deepest water is 7-8 feet.Low head dam upstream from ramp approx 400 yards away..
