The 2nd largest bass in Louisiana was caught out of this 42 acre lake. Weighing in at 15.88, who says small lakes can't produce big fish. This is a no motor lake. There is a small campground on the north side of the lake. You have to have a kart as its a bit of a hike from any of the parking areas to the waters edge. You can put in though any were you like. The campground on the north side of the lake is a fee area but if you pass up the entrance to it and continue down the road there will be another parking area that is free and also has his and hers restrooms..
