You have to pay for a day pass into the park $16. This launch is closer to deep water than Access #9. It is hit and miss when the fish are in during the summer. I have seen the bite start at the end of June into July and also start beginning of August. It depends on water temperature. Keep tabs on the Erieau Fishing Report (google it). It is accurate and with good advice. Nice size Walleye can be caught here but the main target is Lake Erie Steelhead..

    • I have a sit-in. I keep a bail bucket (a square-lipped quart-sized dinghy bailer) and a sponge. I like to keep dry once inside.
