There are a lot of compact, lightweight and affordable fishing kayaks currently on the market, but when it comes to price and weight, it is still very hard to beat inflatables. Solid body kayaks may offer great durability as well as extra features, such as storage hatches, but inflatables will always remain a favorite amongst some anglers. This is why the Sea Eagle 370 Inflatable Kayak is such a hit as it is large enough to accommodate up to three people, but lightweight and affordable enough to ease the strain on your bank balance.

The Sea Eagle 370 is an inflatable kayak that weighs just 32 lbs and, when deflated, is small enough that you can easily stow it away in the trunk of your car. However, while it may be light, it can safely handle loads of up to 650 lbs, which is enough for up to three people! Obviously, this is not ideal for fishing, so sticking to one or two will help to keep things comfortable.

The Sea Eagle 370 is NMMA Certified and features five deluxe one-way valves for easy inflation. The hull material is sun and saltwater resistant, while the kayak has an I-beam construction floor. It comes with two skegs on the bottom of the kayak, which enhances tracking as well as speed, and also features a bow as well as stern grab line. The skegs are molded from very durable plastic, so you won't have to worry about damage from rocks or other objects.

Although the Sea Eagle 370 is a very versatile kayak, you will want to get the "sport fishing" package to get the most out of it if you are an angler. In addition to the kayak, this package also features a paddle, storage box, deluxe inflatable kayak seat, foot pump, carry-bag and small repair kit. The multi-purpose storage box is particularly useful as it has two rod holders.

If you are really on a tight budget, want the lightest possible fishing kayak and don't have a lot of storage space for a kayak, then the Sea Eagle 370 should offer everything you need. There's nothing really revolutionary about it, but it gets the job done and performs great for an inflatable.
