The Evoke Conquer 100 Kayak is another 10’ offering from Evoke that is the perfect solution if you are interested in fishing some lakes and rivers. It is a sit-in kayak that is geared towards anglers who want something that is compact, but still offers plenty of comfort as well as stability. The Conquer 100 is easy to paddle and also offers decent tracking for a kayak of its size. It weighs 50 lb and has a capacity of 300 lb, which isn’t too bad. With a length of 10’ and width of 30”, it fares quite well when it comes to stability as well.

One thing that you do not want when kayak angling is an uncomfortable seat and luckily the Conquer 100 comes with a comfortable deluxe seat. Thanks to its unique pull strap system, you are able to adjust it until it is just right for you. It also provides great back support, so you don’t have to worry about injuring your back when you spend all day fishing. To make your time in this kayak even more comfortable, it has thigh pads along with an adjustable foot brace system.

Space is always an issue on smaller kayaks like this one, but Evoke has made an attempt at providing you with options in this regard. The Conquer 100 has two clamshell storage hatches that can be used for stowing away your stuff and it also has a removable dash with storage. Unfortunately, it has a 20” oval clamshell hatch in the back, instead of the traditional tankwell that you’ll find on larger kayaks, which could be a deal-breaker for some anglers who need space for a large milk crate. There are some storage bungees in the back, but once again these are rather small and you won’t be able to stow away anything substantial in the limited space that is available.

The Conquer 100 does have enough space for your fishing rods, with two flush mount holders in the back as well as an adjustable rod holder up front. In addition, it has YakAttack mounts, which is always nice to see on smaller fishing kayaks. Deck lines, a paddle holder and cushioned carrying handles round off the other notable features on the Conquer 100.

The Evoke Conquer 100 is a decent enough fishing kayak, but space is definitely going to be an issue for anglers with a lot of gear. For a kayak of the same size with slightly more space, the Evoke Navigator 100 might be a better bet and it its price is only slightly more.
