Lifetime 10 ft Sport Fisher Kayak

Kayak Make & Model

Brand:
Lifetime
MSRP ($):
649.99
Length (ft):
10

The 10 ft Sport Fisher Kayak from Lifetime is designed to provide anglers with all the convenient features and functionality needed out on the water. For the design, Lifetime went with a durable, high-density UV-protected polyethylene construction. This not only resulted in a lighter weight at 60 lb, but also a kayak that resists fading, cracking as well as peeling. Anglers who are looking for a kayak that is durable and low maintenance will definitely appreciate this one. Furthermore, the design of the hull also enhances the stability of this kayak and provides great tracking.

At 10 feet in length, the Sport Fisher is quite compact, but has a 500 lb. capacity and can seat up to 3 people. Thanks to multiple footrest positions, this kayak can also comfortably accommodate different size paddlers. It’s got high and dry seating, so you won’t be sitting on the floor of the kayak. The seating is also quite comfortable and ergonomic, which means you can stay out on the water for longer. The seat is unfortunately not cushioned, so we wouldn’t recommend it for all day use, but apart from that it gets the job done. The self-bailing scupper holes in the cockpit area also ensures that it drains properly and won’t fill up with water. In addition, it has molded front and rear carry handles, which makes it easy to transport.

The Sport Fisher is compatible with the Lifetime Power Mate Motor Mount accessory that is sold separately, which is great for anglers who might want to upgrade in the future. In terms of storage, the Lifetime 10 ft Sport Fisher has a rear storage hatch, along with ditty trays and shock cord straps for securing all your loose items. Of course, seeing as this kayak is deigned for anglers, it also has four rod holders and clips for securing paddles while you are fishing. Since this kayak comes equipped with your everything you need to get out on the water immediately, it offers great value for money.

The relatively short length of this kayak means that it is not the fastest on the market, but if you are not in a hurry to get to your fishing spot or plan to invest in a motor then this isn’t an issue.
