The Bounty 100X Angler is another 10’ offering from Pelican that is aimed at angling enthusiasts. It is made from the same RAM-X material as their other kayaks, which means it is rigid while also very light and impact resistant. It also features the same twin arched multichine hull as their Intrepid range, so the kayak is very stable to paddle. One swivel and two flush mounted rod holders make the Bounty 100X Angler an appealing choice for anglers, as does the roomy cockpit that has enough space for casting while seated.

When remaining seated for extended periods out on the water, it helps to have a comfortable chair and the Bounty 100X Angler doesn’t disappoint. It has an adjustable, padded backrest with seat cushion as well as knee pads. Of course, like all good fishing kayaks, it also comes with adjustable footrests for comfort. To ensure that you don’t have to cut your fishing excursions short, the Angler provides ample storage space for all your necessities. In addition to the quick lock hatch on the bow of the kayak, it also has a large storage platform with bungees behind the cockpit that is easy to access on the go. For your beverage and other smaller items the cockpit table with its bottle holder and compartments does a good job.

The Bounty 100X Angler offers good value for money and better control than expected for a kayak in this class. It is sturdy and while small it doesn’t feel cramped while still manages to pack in all the essentials.
