Northland Fishing Tackle recently introduced a new crankbait to its Rumble family in the form of the Rumble B.
According to Northland, it offers distinct fish-catching attributes that set it apart from all the other crankbaits.

The Rumble B features a loud single knocker rattle as well as a sturdy body that is available in numerous custom artisan and reflective chrome finishes. However, the secret to the new lure is not just the loud knocker, which calls in fish from afar. The real magic comes from its unique swimming lip. The design causes water to flow over the shoulders of the bait, which causes a rocking motion that is irresistible to fish.

With 15 different colors, Northland has also ensured that there's something for every angling scenario. Big walleye tournament custom colors are represented by hues such as Bubblegum Tiger, Spotted Lava, Purple Wonder, and Sneeze along with perch-mimicking Gold Perch, Lemon Tiger, Steel Chartreuse, and more. There's even Albino Orange Belly, Purple Pearl, Silver Fluorescent Chartreuse, and other forage-matching colors from which to choose.

The Rumble B has garnered praise from the likes of Northland pro and respected Minnesota guide, Brad Hawthorne who describes it as one of his favorite baits on Mille Lacs and Lake of the Woods. His favorite part of the bait is how the internal knocker kicks in stained water and how it runs true even up to 3.5 miles per hour. Another feature that won him over is the fact that there's no need to replace hooks and split-rings with the Northland Rumble B, which is an issue for many other stickbaits. The oval line-tie design also keeps the clip, snap, or direct line-tie in place to keep the lure running true. This is a significant improvement over crankbaits where the bait's action gets messed up if your clip runs in where the two wires become one wire.

The Rumble B will be available in three different sizes and at an MSRP of $8.99. The smallest is the 3.75" long, 1/4 ounce, #4 hook size, which has a diving depth of 8-10', followed by the 4.25" long, 3/8 ounce, #4 hook size with a diving depth of 10-14'. Last up is the biggest, which is 5.25" long, 5/8 ounce, #2 hook size with an extreme diving depth of 16-21'. The Rumble B Crankbait will be available in Spring 2022.
