Power Pro Maxcuatro Spectra Line

This line was an ICAST 2015 winner for best line. I bought a spool to test out and so far so good. I didn't have micrometers to actually measure, but the 50 pound felt like 30 pound of regular Power Pro. I typically prefer a braided line with 8 fibers. While this is only a 4 weave braid, because it is so thin it behaves like a 8 carrier braid. It is very limp and casts like a dream. While I have no way to technically measure the break strength, this line seems to be very strong.

While it is not an 8 weave line, if you are looking to try a new braid, give Power Pro Maxcuatro a look.
