Perfect for the river

I do a lot of wet wading and dragging my kayaks over rocks in our river. I need a super sticky shoe to prevent slipping on the slimy rocks and allow me to pull the heavy load upriver with me. You can go to Astral's website and read all about their sticky rubber compound. I don't know how it works, I just know it does ! These shoes are quick drying and comfortable so that is a big time plus but the most amazing thing to me is their grip! By far the "stickiest" wading shoe I have ever put to use in my river.
