The Tennessee Kayak Anglers will be hosting their first ever Family Fun Day on J Percy Priest Lake at the Anderson Road Recreation Area. The event will begin at 10:00 AM. There will be bank fishing for the kids. Additionally, there will be several members in attendance with their personal kayaks available for a test paddle. If you have ever wanted to see what this kayak fishing thing is all about, this is it. There will also be some Jackson Kayaks, including kids' kayaks on hand from Caney Fork Outdoors. Another local dealer will have kayaks on hand as well.

There will be plenty of food as well. Geoff Luckett of the Tennessee Kayak Anglers will be smoking some pork BBQ. We will also have hot dogs and chips for the kids. It will be a fun time and a great opportunity for local kayak anglers to share their passion with family and friends. We look forward to seeing some new faces to introduce them to this fast growing sport.
