Otters in the Stream

I shot this image a while ago, but it is still one of my favorites from a kayak. I was treated to a full show with these otters from the hunt to playing on the bank and even a bit of "making little otters". ( I turned the camera away during that part.... they needed a little privacy)  Otters fascinate me and I love watching them hunt even if they usually ruin the fishing for a bit. I always stop fishing to watch their antics anyway. This image ended up in a book published by the Georgia DNR and was my first ever printed piece.
