Hiding in the Tall Grass

My son Ethan and I headed down to fish the Wacissa river below Tallahassee Florida and were greeted with extremely high water from heavy rain just before this trip. The water was so high we had to stop in the road to let a 7 ft gator crawl/swim in front of the truck! The bass were deep in the grass and the only way to get to them was a weedless frog. I was over on the far bank and looked back to see Ethan out in the grass and grabbed this shot. It turned out to be one of my favorites from the trip. I can't wait to get back on that beautiful water again!
