The 2011 IFA Kayak Fishing Tour finale is in the books. Kayak anglers from around the country battled it out in Chalmette Louisiana for a chance at being the 2011 IFA Kayak Fishing Tournament Champion. After two days of fishing Justin Carter emerged the victor with a combined total 105 inches winning him the championship and the 2011 Angler Of The Year.
Norman Walker becomes the first kayak angler to win back to back IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Events. Fishing soft plastics around the Sunrise pump station in Venice, Louisiana; Walker caught the largest Redfish 32 inches of the tournament. Check out the below press release for full details.

The event, which operated out of Delta Marina, was the regular-season opener for the IFA Kayak Fishing Tour's Louisiana Division.
